Thirteen North Korean information technology workers are currently living and working in Equatorial Guinea, a draft of an upcoming U.N. Panel of Experts report states, more than three years after the small central African nation said it had repatriated DPRK laborers in accordance with U.N. sanctions.
An unnamed member state told the Panel that the IT workers are located in Equatorial Guinea’s capital of Malabo and Oyala, now called Ciudad de la Paz, according to the draft report seen by NK News.
